Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Customized or personalized scrubs.
    • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-refundable.
  3. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, email us at ritliescrubs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    • Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Refunds

    • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days.
    • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds
