Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized scrubs.
- Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-refundable.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at ritliescrubs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Refunds
Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Partial Refunds
- Items not returned in their original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts) may receive a partial refund.
Exceptions
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund.
Exchange
If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
